Difficult loves <Italo Calvino>

I have had memories about people, particularly for women. It's not that they are female but that they have complex identity, contrary to most men. I can give an example of one girl; I can feel sure that she was a objectively very charming woman. It's not flattery. She'd really got her own special attraction. I can even say she had a part of the character of great soul. But, at the same time, she'd got a face of a bitter censor. She critisized politicians, officers, businessperson, and so on. Yeah, I know her words might not be wrong. I couldn't totally agree with her, but I would nod to her words many times. However, her criticism would sometime head to people, particularly her friends, even her boyfriend. Again, I know that her words might be right. But who is right or wrong was not important to me. It's not the issue. That is not my point. So I kept silence when she was arguing, criticizing them. She was a gorgeous gril, but unfortunately, she'd judged even love. So, though I liked her I didn't express my emotion. I knew I'm not her kind. In this novel Maria said to Libereso that she'll accept all those present Libereso gave her. But Libereso gave disgusting things to her in the name of a present. Love, presents, they must be what the other wants. So, like what the title of this novel shows, love is difficult.

Some of those feeling that love is difficult would want to vanish away. To where do they want to go? To nothing. It is because nowhere can satisfy them. They leave for other countries, cities, peoples, families, relations, languages or web sites. But amomg the half-truth with which our half-love delights itself, there is an enticing one which states that each consciousness wants one-way love of the other. Children who feel unloved from their parents would try to vanish or die. Because they think such behavior make their parents feel sad or guilt feeling. And It makes no difference whether we are children or adults. They are willing to leave for anywhere if to be loved cannot safisfy them. And loves will remain difficult for a long time in their life.
